All PCS Telecom Business Communication Group (BCG) plans are subject to terms and conditions. Standard monthly recurring charges for one (1) local number are waived for the life cycle of the BGP account. The monthly and annual pricing plans include charges for calling, SMS, Conference Meetings and costs per line for services. A minimum 2-year contract is required for new business accounts unless otherwise stated in the business agreement. Cancellations for monthly and annual plans may be completed by calling PCS Client Care Services. However, cancelling service during the annual contract term is subject to Early Termination Fees. Early Termination Fees for an annual contract term can range up to the total price of your service contract. There are no early termination fees for monthly contracts. However, if cancelled, no refunds will be provided.
